Your responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues reported to the Company's Helpdesk
Preparing workstations for new and current employees
Taking care of hardware in office (including responsibility for it)
Simple network management tasks
Managing hardware and licenses (ordering, exchanging, decommisioning)
Our requirements
Administration self-learner or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences
Analysis abilities
Good command of English
Focus to solve technical issues and problems
Willingness to learn and self-improvement
Good knowledge of Windows OS
Very basics of Linux OS
Proficient with PC's, good knowledge of hardware components
Optional
Nice to have: Mac OS basic and networking knowledge
