    To support our team in Warsaw/Poland or in Winnenden/Germany, we are looking for a motivated

    Helpdesk Support Technician (m/f)

    Your role:

    • Act as an active member of the end user support team and actively contribute to the efficient operation and improvement of all team-related processes 
    • Ensure problems are logged and managed according to corporate standards 
    • Prioritize and resolve helpdesk issues
    • Participate in asset requisition, acquisition, receipt, remote delivery and management
    • Support local area networks and maintain and update equipment
    • Add users to the Exchange Server and manage new hire setup and software installation
    • Assist with various projects and other duties as assigned
    • Identify areas of improvement as to the end user support experience (security, business continuity, service delivery etc.)

    Your profile:

    • IT-related higher education qualification
    • Relevant experience in supporting a global, distributed, multi-language environment, a LAN/WAN environment (Microsoft), in supporting PC hardware based on Microsoft Windows and ideally also in an ITIL environment 
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and common applications/related solutions (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, SharePoint, Cisco VPN, Kaspersky, TCP/IP, Active Directory, Exchange mailbox setup)
    • Understanding of data communications, various operating systems, proxy servers, firewalls, security layers, dial-up and IP technology, LAN/WAN network technology
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems
    • Strong communication skills in English
    • Ability to multitask, to prioritize and to meet tight deadlines
    • Driving license (category B) and willingness to travel across the EU
