Meet the team
As our H2R Specialist, you will be part of H2R Operations team who consists of around 12 people. H2R Operations Team is part of People Services department that is responsible for HR processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world. We are working on many projects that aim at making Lundbeck #1 in Brain Health.
What is the challenge?
• Performing transactional activities in HR systems for Employees & External Contractors (hirings, job changes, terminations, etc.) according to the requirements of the payroll calendar
• Providing quality responses to queries and requests raised by Employees, Managers and HR BPs within agreed SLAs in respective case management systems through email and phone
• Supporting business with simple reporting
• Maintaining personal and organizational data in HR systems
• Creating contracts of employment and work addendums
• Engaging in knowledge management with help from others, by updating relevant Work Instructions, HR Forms, etc.
• Understanding simple concepts of customer service
• Proposing simple process improvement ideas
Master/Bachelor degree with preference on Human Resources
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations delivered in multinational environment
English - at least B2 level is a must (another European language is welcome)
Good understanding of end to end payroll delivery
Good understanding of respective HR processes in scope
At least 1 year of experience in maintaining data in HR SAP
Knowledge of SharePoint, Visio, Excel
Knowledge of SuccessFactors/Workday will be an asset
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Ability to work individually as well as in the team
Very good interpersonal skills
Willingness to challenge people on different levels in the organization
