HOTEL COORDINATOR, POLAND

Overall task and responsibility of Hotel Coordinator would be bookings of all type of services with respective hotels. This must be done with a strong focus on details and relationship building with all the key suppliers. All tasks must be carried out in accordance with our policies, targets and deadlines.
Job description, tasks
- Full responsibility of supplier hotel bookings for all market segments, carrying out specific projects on request.
- Reporting to Supervisor and liaising on daily basis with operations and procurement teams.
- Must be on top of all procedures and policies.
- Must ensure that global sales teams are updated with accurate information via systems.
- Must help to maintain strong and trustworthy relationships with all suppliers.
- Previous hotel/tourism related working experience is a must.
- Ability to work as a good team player at all times and to follow directions thoroughly.
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize.
- Detail oriented, dutiful and willing to learn person.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English in verbal and written is a must.
- Basic IT knowledge (MS Office).
