Your responsibilities

  • Manage personal information and documantation

  • Prepare documentation resulting from the establishment and termination of the employment relationship and changes in the terms of employment contracts,

  • Settle working time, monitor holiday entitlements and holiday use

  • Act as the point of contact for the HR administration staff queries

  • Respond to inquiries related to HR information

  • Proactive liaise with the Management Team in the purpose of the Hr/Admin/Data Protection process

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance

  • Maintain records of personnel-related data and ensure all employment requirements are met

  • Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires

  • Produce and submit reports on general HR KPI’s activity

  • Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll and benefit providers)

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance and address potential issues proactively

  • Serve as the point of contact between the company and GDPR Supervisory Authorities

  • Administer health and welfare plans, benefits, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper documentation

  • Able to focus on deadlines and prioritize day to day work

  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions

  • Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action

  • Assists with processing of terminations

  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process

  • Assists with recruitment and interview process

  • Prepares new-employee files

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Being able to answer the general information about the company policies

  • Act as the point of contact for the documentation gathering

  • Gather Pre-boarding admin data

  • Send the Invitation for the New Joiners

  • Help with the Onboarding meeting organization

  • Ensure data protection compliance within GBS and help the latter to be accountable in this respect

  • English is a must

Our requirements

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position

  • People are your passion and their positive experiences are the most important for you

  • Have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and you are a meticulous person paying attention to details

  • Communicate in English both orally and in writing

  • Know and are able to apply labor law in practice

  • Can set priorities for yourself, you are a multitasking person

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field or experience in a global environment

  • Minimum 3 years of experience, in both a professional services environment and search

  • Professional experience in HR and payroll services

  • Knowledge of labor law, taxes and insurance

  • Experience with SAP, Excel, MS Office and Power Point

  • Good time management skills
