HR Admin Specialist - temporary replacement (18- 24 months)

Job Description

In this role, HR specialist will be responsible for supporting personal administration, benefits, and HR reporting for about 700-800 employees. He/she will be also responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers in all personal Administration related matters.

Specifically:

  • Supporting all HR administration activities in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with Polish legislative requirements including relevant paperwork preparation & sign off;
  • Coordinating the effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties employees, managers, HR team
  • Timely cooperating with government institutions (e.g. social security, state labor inspectorate)
  • Maintaining internal and external HR tools and systems
  • Guiding and supporting managers and employees in the area HR administration, HR processes and procedures and others;
  • Dealing with escalations and problems to resolve them in a quick and effective manner;
  • Providing regular as well as ad-hoc HR reports, data and statistics;
  • Performing special HR projects and tasks as assigned
  • General knowledge of regulations concerning the employment of foreigners
Basic Requirements
  • Knowledge of the Polish Labor Code and related law regulations
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in personal file administration
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Płatnik
  • Communicative English
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work with clients in different channels of communication
  • Flexibility and openness for constant change
  • Working under the pressure of time/deadlines
  • Thinking out of the box
