    HR Administration & Payroll Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Conducting the end-to-end payroll process, including transaction processing, reconciliation and reporting
    • Leading communication with employees and managers regarding workers’ documentation
    • Act as the main contact point with the supplier of social benefits program
    • Assuring compliance of HR processes with legal and internal policies
    • Keeping up to date with new practices and supporting its implementation

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in HR Administration & Payroll area
    • Fluency in English
    • Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, German or French will be a strong asset
    • Flexibility to work in dynamic international environment
    • Ability to improve processes and propose new solutions
