Your responsibilities

  • conducting employee personnel and payroll documentation

  • ongoing updating of employee data in the HR and payroll system

  • conducting Onboarding training session for new employees

  • creating and distributing contracts, meeting with employees to sign

  • issuing documents and certificates of employment

  • settlement of employee benefits

  • providing the data necessary for payroll

  • intermediating the relation with external payroll company

  • preparation of reports and HR and payroll statements

  • answering employees’ queries

Our requirements

  • bachelor’s degree

  • 1+ year of postgraduate experience in HR administration

  • good understanding of Polish labour code and social security rules

  • customer orientation

  • familiarity with HR-payroll system “TETA” and “SAP” will be an advantage

  • previous experience in multinational company will be an asset
