Your responsibilities
- Managing Personal Information and documentation
- Validation and processing of Benefit Claims
- Cooperation with Payroll and Benefits Provider
- Providing inputs for Payroll
- Employee data & systems management
Our requirements
- French on at least C1 level, English at least B2
- Higher education degree, preferably in related area
- At least 2 years of experience in HR area
- Experience in using Workday or SNOW, or any HRO related systems
- Good MS Excel & Word skills
- Very good communication & analytical skills
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and solve problems proactively
- Ability to focus on deadlines and prioritize day to day work
- Willingness to work in afternoon hours: 14-22 or 15-23
