Citi Service Center Poland was founded in 2005, and it currently employs over 3000 highly qualified staff in three locations: Warsaw, Olsztyn and Lodz. CSC cooperates with other Citi entities from all over the world.

HR Shared Services was established to deliver HR operations, technology, and services both to the Human Resources (HR) division and to Citi employees.

HR Shared Services manages processes and provides tools to address HR needs in an effective, efficient and low-risk manner while focusing on a positive customer experience. We also closely cooperate with finance, payment services and administration teams. HR Shared Services has an impact on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, including payroll, onboarding, career mobility and compensation and benefit.


HR Administration Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Direct supervision of all HR Admin and Data Management Specialists and duties
  • Working closely with HR Partners to ensure consistent HRSS/HR strategy implementation within the company
  • Managing HR Admin issues and providing advice and guidance to managers
  • Liaising with internal Operations Managers, customer counterpart, and regional shared services
  • Identifying, reporting, escalating and correcting errors and inconsistencies in current processes
  • Monitoring the labour legislation/policies and implementing required changes to keep the processes compliant

Requirements:

  • Must have deep HR and labour law knowledge
  • Must be able to communicate easily in English
  • Must have a strong understanding of HR system processes and data to ensure correct application of HR business process and customer relationship support systems
  • Must possess very effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications and presentation skills. Needs to be able to negotiate commitments very effectively at all levels of the organization including executive
  • Must be able to prioritize conflicting objectives
  • Must be able to translate objectives into action
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently with little or no direct supervision and inspire confidence in the quality of work
  • Must be able to lead, train and supervise a HR Admin team
