    HR Administrator
    Location: Kraków


    We are looking for an HR Administrator who is excited by the prospect of working for a market leading HR Software company. You will support our internal HR Department and act as the first point of contact for HR related queries from employees. Your main duties include updating internal HR systems, managing HR documents and supporting recruitment activities. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR systems and processes and can tackle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a better work life balance, as we are open to flexible working hours and / or part-time schedule, if preferred. 


    • Providing support to employees regarding HR Administration queries
    • Managing changes of employees’ data by recording new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, increases, tracking vacation and absence including preparation of appropriate paperwork and updating all HR systems
    • Supporting the on-boarding process including the preparation of employment contracts and other documents required for hire and inputting new joiners in all company systems
    • Running admin & payroll reports, including monthly payroll process and quarterly bonus pay outs
    • Collaborating with external payroll & HR admin provider and other supporting departments (Finance, Office Management, Internal IT )
    • Preparing job descriptions and posting recruitment advertisements
    • Scheduling job interviews and organizing other meetings if necessary
    • Supporting the process of implementation or improvement of company HR systems
    • Participation in local and global HR projects

    Requirements and the individual:
    Must have

    • At least 1 years of experience in HR field
    • Knowledge of HR tools and processes
    • Advanced English and fluent Polish
    • Ability to work with MS Office tools with advance knowledge of Excel as an asset
    • Good communication and people skills
    • Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
    • High level of confidentiality
    • Curiosity, proactive approach and engagement

    Nice to have

    • University degree in HR or related subject
    • Knowledge of Polish labor law
    • IT sector experience, especially with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management technologies
    • HRIS experience and positive approach to automation
