    Tasks:

    • Provide administrative support to the HR team in people data management, reference letters, visa letters and immigration processes, exits and terminations, new hires employment contracts, onboarding and mobility support
    • Work closely with local HR, Recruiting, Professional Development, Learning and Payroll team
    • Administer HR-related processes, programs and databases
    • Creating and updating employee’s profiles in the personal system

    Profile:

    • Bachelor degree, preferably in HR or related field
    • 1-2 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment
    • Very good MS Excel skills
    • Very good verbal and written language skills English (C1 - CEFR* or equivalent)
    • Strong analytical thinking and basic problem solving skills
