Your responsibilities

  • Managing interview scheduling process, sending interview invitations.

  • Creation of offer and contract documents.

  • Quality data maintenance in the global HR system.

  • Day to day contact with HMs, internal & external candidates - by phone and email.

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, making sure they are constantly up to date with the process.​

  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports when required.

Our requirements

  • Fluency in German and English – both verbal and written (min. C1 level).

  • Previous experience in HR, administration or customer service would be an asset.

  • Attention to detail, excellent communication, organisational skills.

  • Strong customer focus, pro-active and positive approach.

  • Ability to effectively work in a team as well as individually.
