Your responsibilities

  • The role of the Administrator involves the support of the Client’s employee relocation team in the execution of all administrative HR activities taking into account the applicable regulations and agreements.

  • Supporting the Client’s employees in relocation process for inland (Germany) & foreign countries

  • Obtaining the approval of the employee representatives after consulting the recruiter and HR Business Partners (HR BP)

  • Creation of HR documents and return control as well as data maintenance in the global HR system while ensuring data quality according to defined standard processes

  • Cooperation with internal partners, HR BPs, recruiters and works council

  • Managing employees data in internal systems

  • Providing support in other administrative tasks as requested

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, making sure they are constantly up to date with the process.

  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports when required

Our requirements

  • Around 1 year of experience in a similar position or other HR or administration experience

  • Fluency in German and English – both verbal and written

  • Strong customer focus, pro-active and positive approach

  • Knowledge of SAP GHP or SAP will be an asset

  • Attention to detail, excellent communication, organisational, problem solving and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to effectively work in a team as well as individually.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and experience in managing team workload
