Your responsibilities

  • Position Management – create, edit, close position as required throughout colleague lifecycle events. Adhere to headcount management process requirements, ensure accuracy of position details for downstream feed to recruiting system (Taleo), Finance, reporting, workplace and IT applications.
  • New Hire/Job change/Termination
  • Production of accurate letters and associated documentation for employment purposes
  • Administer HR Operations mailbox and tracker to ensure requests are handled within established SLAs, delegate to team members as applicable, and forward requests to appropriate parties.

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience with HR database systems
  • Knowledge of data reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word and Excel; working with advanced formulas and basic macros is a strong asset
  • English proficiency level minimum C1

HR Administrator delivers the accurate and efficient provision of HR processes, letter generation and data administration across the full employee lifecycle for UK colleagues including onboarding, general colleague administration, and termination. Partners closely with Business HR, people leaders, HR Operations Teams and Payroll on managing end-to-end employee lifecycle changes, including maintaining accurate employment data maintenance and acts as the HR data system expert, providing support to the employee/manager and Business HR and fellow team members. Completes necessary HR administrative actions according to payroll cycle, Service Level Agreements, Management Information and Key Performance Indicators, aswell as leading proper and timely case management including dispatch and accurate production of employment documentation in English. Provides support to team lead in comprehensive workload tracking as well as identifies and implements simplification opportunities acting as a team participant and/or project lead.
