Your responsibilities
- As an HR Adviser you will become the subject matter expert in cooperating with contractors. You have to be able to analyze data and take ownership for given tasks, we will teach you the processes and give you the opportunity to grow your expertise.
- In this role you will be involved in compensation & benefits processes with reporting, data analysis, and salary benchmarking – so it’s a great opportunity for any Excel-savvy person to take first steps in the Comp&Ben job.
- Previous experience in compensation, or data analysis will be a plus, but is not required.
- The HR Adviser is a role for you if you see yourself as a scrupulous person, able to manage diverse data according to company standards.
- In this role, you will work closely, and build relations with many internal functions – HR, Recruitment, Procurement, Finance; and external stakeholders - vendors, contractors, data providers.
- As a HR Adviser you will be seen as a subject matter expert, which means that in time you will become a point of contact for our Managers – ability to build relations and open, assertive attitude will help you deliver this part with ease.

- Good skills in Excel, ability to produce valuable reports and manage large amounts of data
- Ability to build good relationships without sacrificing assertiveness
