Your responsibilities
The Team: HR Business Partner - HR Advisor Team
We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our international HR Business Partner – HR Advisor team.
This is a key role for an HR professional who can support our internal clients, divisions, people managers and employees. You will join a team that runs on collaboration, agility, dedicated client mindset, adaptability, creativity and continuous learning.
This new colleague will be our dedicated HR Client Facing team member providing a high qualitative service to people managers and employees in Poland.
The HR Advisor team is working in close collaboration with the team of HR Business Partners and P&C Centers of Excellence.
Role:
You will deliver the dedicated advice and support to our people managers and employees working in your respective client portfolio/division(s).
You will manage a broad variety of topics, you will be in daily contact with different stakeholders and you will look to provide our people services or tailor-made solutions.
More precisely, you will:
• support people managers and employees to correctly understand and apply the HR policies (e.g. employment regulations, special working schedules, my job, my compensation etc.),
• guide people managers about HR processes such as team reorganization, internal job mobility, performance management, absenteeism, talent management etc,
• handle in a timely manner the employees’ questions and requests escalated by the HR Services team because of high complexity or sensitivity,
• contribute actively to the roll out of HR projects in collaboration with other P&C teams,
• support your Divisions with the implementation of their business or HR projects and support your HR Business Partner in specific business circumstances,
• actively contribute to the roll-out of our People Strategy
You will work in close collaboration with:
• HR Business Partners,
• HR Centers of Expertise (such as Group HR Legal & Employee Relations, Global Talent and Culture, Employee Experience team, Performance, Reward and Benefits team, ESG),
• HR Services team delivering a day-to-day HR services (e.g.: Career advisors, the Recruiters, HR Payroll etc),
• business line management in your Divisions at different levels in the management hierarchy,
When needed for specific business or employee context, you will also be in contact with employee representatives. You will be encouraged to seek opportunities to streamline processes and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
Our requirements
You have a proven experience of 2 to 5 years in HR Generalist or HR Advisor role
You possess a solid knowledge of the Polish Labour Law, as well as you are familiar with some of the other HR domains such as talent development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations,
You have a good knowledge about a diversity of HR domains, HR procedures and guidelines,
You have experience in managing complex situations as coach, facilitator or negotiator,
You have experience in working with different stakeholders in the company,
You can deal with change management, ambiguity and uncertainty at your personal level and at business level,
A proven experience within Agile framework and international HR projects is a strong asset,
A good transversal knowledge of the financial business is an asset,
You communicate fluently in English and Polish,
You have excellent relationship, listening and negotiation skills,
You have a strong emotional intelligence and you’re able to take some emotional distance for your daily activity,
You’re able to face and manage properly different demands coming from different stakeholders about a specific topic and to prioritize effectively in a multitasking environment,
You have an excellent customer service focus,
You have the ability to manage situations with tailor made solutions,
You’re a quick learner,
You are able to understand when to escalate queries to the appropriate level.
