    Our Client operates as an international organization with a worldwide delivery structure providing business services in the areas of Finance, HR, Revenue Accounting, Management Reporting and Procurement for the group companies.

    HR Advisor with German



    • Very good command of German (min. B2)
    • Good command of English (B1)
    • Previous experience in HR or customer service
    • Good knowledge of Windows and MS Office
    • High communication skills
    • Team player

    • Maintains employee records and applicant databases in the relevant HR systems
    • Processes personnel applications, forms, statistics and any other highly confidential material
    • Compiles reporting data for analysis, and may perform routine analyses
    • Assists employees in the completion of appropriate forms, calculation of benefits
    • Develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff
    • Answers general questions and inquiries in various areas of Human Resources via email, phone, post or any other channels
    • Reconciles physical or scanned document information with HR system information
    • Prepares output documents with regard to observing data protection policies
    • Develops and updates internal procedures and process descriptions
    • Makes sure that in his area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the HR data processing is maintained
