Your responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert on Talent Acquisition technology platform for EMEA (Avature)
Provide first level operational support for Avature related queries
Analyse the usage of various technology platforms and assist with the associated subscription administration
Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders across EMEA to improve process & improve technology utilisation / adoption
Implement process improvement initiatives across EMEA driven through technology
Supports with testing / validation of new enhancements
Provides internal and external customer training where applicable
Conducts process mapping as required using MS Visio
Extracts reports from Avature as needed
Prepare reports and powerpoints as requested
Ad hoc administrative support as required
Our requirements
Approx 2 years" experience in recruitment, in depth knowledge of recruiting process
Minimum 1 year experience in a technology support role
Working knowledge of Avature or other applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems
A Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must, another European language is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to run meetings & build relationships with key stakeholders across EMEA
Ability to work in a virtual team environment - self motivated & driven
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
Ability to effectively present information
Solutions focused, proactive team player, organized and efficient
Ability to establish and maintain work priorities in support of multiple team members

Job Summary:
An experienced HR System Analyst is required to play a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition technology platform for EMEA (Avature). HR System Analyst will work closely with People teams within EMEA and will support all TA technology platform queries. This role requires understanding end to end recruiting process and provide advice on how to improve using technology and streamlining processes.
