Your responsibilities

  • Support development of HR Analytics platform across all HR functions.

  • Create insightful dashboards in Power BI or Excel as directed, both recurring and ad hoc, to drive business decisions, with a focus on analytics not available in Workday.

  • Consult with and support HR functions (Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and HRBP’s) on requested analytics & metrics.

  • Work cross-functionally to understand existing processes.  Partner with clients to understand how to provide insightful data analysis.

  • Partner with HR leaders to assist with governance and standardization of analytics.

  • Utilize existing reports and queries to provide employee data for analysis and decision making in support of the regional reporting requirements and ad-hoc requests.  Works as a liaison between the region and the corporate team to provide justification for and requirements on local reporting needs.  Maintains and promotes data integrity through audit processes and resolution of data discrepancies.

  • Workday Data Processing

  • Audit data for accuracy, researching issues and processing corrections, partnering with end users and HR for resolution, as needed.

  • Performs data loads (EIBs) as needed following standard process, including formatting templates, testing, and production loading of data into Workday.

  • Assists in HR systems testing for projects, system upgrades, and implementation of HRIS solutions.

  • Reporting and Testing

  • Assists in HR systems testing for projects, system upgrades, and implementation of HRIS solutions.  Testing HR data within the systems and processes of other functional departments, such as the data hat is fed into the Active Directory system

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college

  • 1-3 years in HR, preferably in a Systems or Analytics role.

  • International experience preferred.

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including understanding of HR system database design, structure, functions, and processes.

  • 1-2 years working in Excel, PowerPivot, Access, and Power BI, with intermediate proficiency.  SQL and DAX are a plus.

  • Intermediate knowledge of data architecture.

  • Solid communication skills
