Your field of responsibility

An opportunity to develop your analytical skills through preparation of various reports showing different levels of organization, and gain in-depth knowledge if HR and the company’s operations, look for improvements and new solutions to have real impact on everyday business;

In this role you will become the owner of high-level presentations and documents for various HR-related meetings on the highest levels of our Organization: having an opportunity of analysing and interpreting the available data, and translating it into important messages. You will also be a key provider of support and guidance in HR-process-related topics to HR Business Partners;

Within the role you will also becoming a Process Lead of one of our HR Core Processes and be responsible for a smooth execution of the process: communication, tool-related queries, status reports and preparation of final overviews for the divisional HR Heads;

This role also gives a chance of working closely with the HR COO Teams in Zürich, as well as with other teams across the HR Organization, and partner with them concerning HR-related topics. This includes proactive handling and guidance in Business specific analysis.

You offer

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills, as well as the ability to analyze data effectively, spot trends and estimate potential risks and long term consequences
  • Proficiency in working with MS Excel and MS Power Point (as well as with other MS Office Programs), as well as experience in designing advanced data sets, e.g. using Visual Basic. 
  • More than 3 years of demonstrable experience in corporate environment and at least 1 year of experience in HR / HR processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German would be a strong asset), as well as presentation skills.
  • Preparedness to take on responsibility for tasks, work independently and prioritize your work accurately, to participate in internal projects within HR department by providing inputs, data analysis and being an active member.
