Your responsibilities
Inflow and outflow cycle, planning and administration and weekly reporting
Monthly preparation of data related to payroll for accountant
Preparation of different reports related to employees
Coordination of onboarding of employees
Onboarding of foreigners together with the agency which is managing work permits and visas
Supporting audits and providing required data within given timelines
Being SPOC related to payroll queries
Being expert in Labor Law in the company (if you don’t have this knowledge yet, we count on you to develop in this area)
Co-creating and controlling HR budget
Cooperating with employees, accountant, finance department and Management Team
Co-develop and professionalize HR company policies, and processes
Creating new solutions and implementing the best HR practices
Our requirements
Masters’ degree in human resources or equivalent, and min. 3 years of related experience
Knowledge of labor law and following changes in this field
Ability to set priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Must be detail-oriented
Strong organization and time-management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to partner with employees and leaders at every level of the organization
Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
Aptitude for problem-solving
Fluent English
