You will have an opportunity to:

  • Learn and support tasks connected to the life cycle of an employee in our company:
    • Employer Branding – making sure that we are well visible for candidates, organizing events in our offices, participating in job fairs
    • Recruitment – administrative support of our recruitment process, arranging job interviews, conduct phone interviews
    • Onboarding – help new employees to become part of the company
    • Trainings – support coordination trainings for our employees

 

We bet on you, so we expect you to:

  • Be a fully available student or graduate
  • Know English and Polish very well;
  • Have some previous experience in employer branding area
  • Have top-notch computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
  • Be a communicative and analytical person with an eye for detail
  • Be able to organize your own work

We appreciate if additionally you:

  • Know German on advanced level
