HR Assistant

Position Description

  • Provide administrative support to Recruiting Admin team,
  • Dispatch of emails arriving to generic mailboxes,
  • Create and close requisitions in global Recruiting System,
  • Schedule interviews with candidates,
  • Pre-screening of candidates,
  • Candidate sourcing,
  • Arrange travels for visiting candidates,
  • Post job advertisements in diverse international job boards and social media channels,
  • Enter data into Recruiting systems, 
  • Collaborate with local HR, Recruiters, Managers.

Position Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of English (German would be an advantage)
  • Experience in recruitment or HR (studies, internships, projects etc.) would be an asset,
  • Readiness to work based on civil contract (umowa zlecenia),
  • Comfortable using MS Office applications.

Personal Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in a clear manner,
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Good organizational skills,
  • Team player,
  • Self-motivation and an eye for detail.
