Your responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

  • Prepare new employee files

  • Work in HR systems including Success Factors.

Our requirements

  • Be interested in professional development in HR area

  • Have good level of French and English

  • Have good communication skills

  • Have problem solving skills

  • Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail

  • Be able to use HR systems, databases & spreadsheets

  • Prior experience in HR area such as internships will be additional plus.
