Your responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who will be able to support MDPI’s human resources functions. The successful candidate will conduct all aspects of the hiring process and assist with our rapid company growth whilst maintaining our employee satisfaction. In addition to this, the successful candidate will support management with a diverse range of HR-related tasks.
Responsibilities
Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Overseeing all aspects of the hiring process and conducting interviews
Acting as the primary communication contact for our prospect employees/candidates
Coordinating team-building activities and helping the management with efforts to improve staff-retention and employee satisfaction
Working cross-functionally with multiple teams within the company
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field (humanities, management, law)
- At least 1 year previous experience conducting interviews
- Willing to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong English skills in written and spoken language- ability to conduct interviews in English
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Approachable and friendly personality
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
