Your responsibilities

As a part of our Global HR Team, you'll design and develop new systems to optimize business operations by working closely with HR Analytics Supervisor based in US.

Day to day work will focus on gathering, reviewing, and stitching together different data to understand and propose automatizations where they are needed. You’ll collaborate with other business departments to understand the process.

Furthermore, you’ll:

• Find opportunities for optimization and automation with available technology and resources

• Collect requirements from end-users, customers or clients to create the best automation strategies

• Collaborate with other business departments to understand how automation can improve company's productivity

• Write code and use technology to automate specific processes

• Perform other duties as assigned

Our requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience (HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll)

  • Experience in gathering requirements from customers or clients

  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken

  • Experience with HRIS/HCM system is a plus

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA, Automation, PowerQuery, Macros, Power Pivot)

  • Experience with SQL, Power Automate or similar program such as Auto Hotkey would be an asset

  • Interest in analyzing and designing process changes to improve user experience
