Deal with various HR queries throughout the business
Deliver Induction process for new employees (developing presentations, conducting meetings, updating information)
Conduct and review Exit Interview process (communication, questionnaires preparation and summarizing the results to Senior HRBP)
Coordinate a Retention Bonus/Director Bonus process (preparing proposals with recommendation)
Support Internal recruitment process management,
Analyse of HR KPIs (data collation trends of value explanation)
Cooperate with the other Centers of Excellent in HR team
Support for Senior HRBP (business review presentation, data collection, HR process delivery – performance management, training, leadership development)
Preparation of content material needed in termination process
Cooperation with Legal Office
Management of disciplinary sanctions against employees
Analysis of the provisions of the Labor Law Code and reporting to HRBP the need to implement changes
Preparation of formal materials needed during conferences, client briefings and cooperation with Employer Branding team
Use HR information systems to access, input and compile data
Participate in HR projects and initiatives
Run and develop HR communication processes and tools (HR newsletters, dedicated sites, channels, etc).
Bachelor's degree - a plus if in Human Resources
Relevant experience working in an HR / Administration team
Fluency in English (min. C1), knowledge of another foreign language will be an advantage
Knowledge of labor legislation
Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, (powerBI will be added value)

We are searching for an HR advisor to deal with issues related to onboarding, employee evaluation and performance, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and work policies. In this role, you will support HR Business Partners in providing HR processes and services to managers and employee. You will advise and answer questions related to HR policies, procedures and processes. You will participate in HR projects and initatives for example: GPTW program, HR communication and wellbeing actvities.
