Recruitment for
Multinational and recognised FMCG company with established position on the local market. Data and result driven company with transparent, inclusive work culture.
Your responsibilities
Coach & develop people and act as their regular contact person, and as business partner for the local Business Development Teams (Sales, R&D, Marketing)
Lead the group HR processes for dedicated business area (annual appraisals, talent management & performance review processes etc.)
Cooperate with HR Manager Poland in preparation of HR budget and annual salary review
Cooperate with HR Payroll and Admin Responsible in conducting on-boarding and exit interviews of people incl. all necessary documentation
Take a lead in all recruitment processes internal or external with support of external partners like head hunters, job agencies and so on if necessary.
Cooperate with HR Manager in implementation of Employer Branding strategy and lead internship programs
Pro-actively suggest People related improvements for dedicated business area
Prepare reports on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Coordinate and support Organisation Development processes including process description, managing project team, building and implementing communication plan, conducting supervision and follow up sessions.
Building own awareness and full understanding of roles and responsibilities in dedicated business area by taking part in meetings, market visits and other initiatives
Taking ownership for HR KPIs in dedicated business area such as absenteeism. attrition, learning and developments paths realisation, vacation days and other, incl. tracing results and proposing and implementing corrective actions if needed.
Employer requirements
Experience in a similar role, supporting business development or commercial departments (ideally sales and/or marketing)
Understanding and practical experience in HR processes like stuffing, talent and organisation development, succession plans, employer branding etc.
Fluent in both English and Polish
Great knowledge of Polish labour low
Ideally a master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent
Knowledge of MS Office with a focus on Excel (knowing Success Factors ERP will be a plus)
Strong communication skills, able to work with international teams and wide range of stakeholders coming from different levels of organisation
Team player, facilitator and leader
Strong Analytical and Implementation skills - Problem solver
Business and result driven
