HR Business Partner Eastern Europe

HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting CEVA Eastern Europe Air, Ocean and Ground organizations.


  • Drive execution of HR processes in respective region: performance management, compensation reviews, talent reviews, development and  succession planning
  • Guide and support Line Managers in operational implementation of above processes and activities.
  • Manage workforce (both permanent and temporary) fluctuation and optimization 
  • Advise and assist managers and employees on interpretation and application of code of conduct and  disciplinary procedure
  • Advise managers on the impact of employment legislation on working practices
  • Understand the talent needs of the business and manage recruitment  accordingly
  • Communicate organizational culture to employees
  • Identify and manage critical HR metrics
  • Prioritize across HR needs
  • Manage conflict in the organization
  • Quickly respond to changing business environment

The ideal candidate(s) will reflect the following profile:

  • has HR generalist experience and knowledge (as minimum from recruitment/workforce management and performance management
  • has experience in working for Logistics company , supporting Air, Ocean and Ground  organization
  • has at least 2 years of experience supporting large ( >200 FTE ) and  dispersed organization , across more than 2 countries 
  • holds University diploma
  • applies workforce management knowledge, innovation, leadership and metrics use  to achieve results.
  • is driven by ’can do attitude’
  • is pragmatic and business oriented person
  • likes travelling (within Eastern Europe)
  • communicates well in Polish and English (both verbal and written)
  • is a good communicator
  • is used to work with remote internal clients 
  • likes fast changing and demanding business environment
  • effectively prioritizes and organizes workload, multi-task is essential 
  • is self-starter
  • demonstrates personal integrity when handling confidential information
  • has good working knowledge of MS Office programs with experience in ERP system operating
  • can handle HR administration
