your tasks

HR BP responsibilities:

  • Building positive relations and implementing new solution with cooperation with headquarter
  • Support other Team Leaders in personnel related matters
  • Support in recruitment and onboarding for new employees: search and selection, employer branding, interviews, contract proposal, first day introduction, contact with recruitment agencies
  • overseeing of preparation of monthly payroll
  • exit interviews
  • International HR BP support: follow-up of shared HR BP mailbox, preparing HR procedures for the branches
  • Internal company workshops, personnel development, training follow-up, etc.
  • Support with (social/legal) questions from employees

HR Team Leader responsibilities: your team will be responsible for several HR related processes and tasks transferred from the abroad to Poland. These include (non-exhaustive list):

  • recruitment: making and publishing job descriptions, coordination of interview planning, preparation of salary proposals
  • onboarding: contract preparation and gathering of necessary information and documents in view of new hire, for international hires: preparation and follow-up of work permit requests, internal and external communication on new hires, ect.
  • performance management: coordination of the performance evaluation process (planning meetings, preparation and gathering of documents)
  • payroll: tax preparation, currency calculations, re-invoicing follow-up
  • termination: follow-up of the termination process, preparation of termination documents, internal and external communication on leavers
  • reporting: J-SOX controls, KPI reporting, other ad hoc
what we expect
  • You are graduated with a Master degree in psychology, HR or Business subjects
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience within HR and with people management
  • You have strong abilities to build partnerships with stakeholders
  • You communicate effectively across all levels of organization
  • You are capable of managing high pressure and short timelines
  • You are willing to travel occasionally
