Your responsibilities

You will join our Factory Team in Katowice and take a lead over the HR agenda, shaping and owning the People Strategy to deliver plans across Talent, Organization, Skills, Capabilities, Performance, Labor Strategy, Culture, and Administration.

You’ll become a part of the wider HR community, reporting directly to Senior HRBP Operations Europe and working closely with HR Director CEE.

Your primary focus will be supporting Line Managers and Employees, delivering short-medium term talent plans, and setting up development and career paths for functions. Along with creating a positive employee relations climate in the organization, you’ll build a performance culture driving motivation and engagement.

You’ll be managing costs in the people and benefits area striving for optimization and productivity improvements and driving alignment with business requirements to ensure the right people and skills.

With the support of an HR Specialist, you’ll be a key link for HR Administration to all functions – payroll, labor law, benefits administration, statutory compliance, recruitment.

Our requirements

What’s your background?

You have several years of experience in various HR functions – ideally as an HR Generalist in the Manufacturing environment, while you gained a deep knowledge of key HR processes and labor law, so now you’re perfectly equipped to create robust HR strategies addressing all business needs.

You gained your experience in a fast-paced environment and thanks to your great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills you feel comfortable juggling multiple topics in a matrix structure and cross-functional networks.

Effective organization is in your blood, you’re hands-on and solution-oriented. You have a strong ownership mindset and proactively taking initiative your focus is always on supporting people.
