Your responsibilities

  • For PerkinElmer Polish Shared Service Center based in Krakow we are currently looking for a mature HR Business Partner who would like to join a challenging & developing global organization. We offer 15 month contract as maternity cover. We are offering our help in finding new development areas after contract termination. We do not exclude contract prolongation if it will be possible.

  • Partner with the business leaders and employees across all organizational levels on annual people plans related to talent management, performance and retention management, succession planning, annual compensation rounds etc.

  • Manage operational HR tasks in the areas of recruitment, people development, employee engagement as well as labour law related topics on a day-to-day basis supported by HR services and our Centers of Excellence

  • Support Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers with job grading and offering process

  • Efficiently resolve employee relations issues within all legal and compliance guidelines as well as PerkinElmer Core Values

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives in alignment with the business strategy for the assigned units and the overall PerkinElmer and EMEAI HR goals

  • Implement change management activities to advance organizational performance within a global matrixed environment

  • Provide regular onboarding welcome HR sessions for new joiners

  • Effectively collaborate with our great regional and European HR team, share best practices and exchange new ideas and initiatives

Our requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources or related field like business administration, law, work & organizational psychology etc.

  • Around 2-5 years of experience as HR Business Partner/HR Generalist in an international setting of a dynamic matrix company

  • High working autonomy and ability to deliver in a stand alone HR role

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective ongoing relationships through all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated ownership for project management and ability to deliver timely on multiple projects in a changing environment

  • Excellent Polish and English (written, verbal)

  • Experience in using MyWorkday as HR management tool advantageous
