Your responsibilities
Responsibilities as a Business Partner:
• Act as true support for the groups assigned, to understand and anticipate business priorities and to support the drive for performance
• To understand actual and future business’s context, issues and challenges to provide advice to line managers.
• Support EU HR Business Partner in delivery of the people plan and HR strategy for GFSS organization
• Play an active role and masters in recruitment and people & organizational development processes
• Act as a trainer on as needed basis and support deployment of Global or country level initiatives
• Play crucial part in design and execution of various HR projects delivered within the managed groups
• Drives people processes in GSSC F&A organization
• Support EU HR Business Partner with analyses in various People processes (e.g. salary review, EV, talent, retention)
Responsibilities as a Talent Partner:
• Actively manages and owns the People resourcing plan for SSC Krakow
• Actively manages and executes the training plan together with line managers for SSC Krakow
• Proactively supports the development plan as a result of Talent Review and shares responsibility with supervisors of middle tiers in executing the agreed actions/plan
• Educates supervisors on Talent sourcing and development matters and is an agent of change when needed driving implementation of new ideas
• Actively takes a “hands-on” approach to own work delivering training sessions and/or recruitment and Employer Branding activities when needed
• Actively undertakes activities to increase own competency portfolio to ensure best in class supply of talent tools and knowledge

• Acts as a change manager in developing the organization to meet business goals
• Promotes and shows in own behaviour the Electrolux Leadership model
Our requirements
Relevant Business Management or People Science Orientation degree (i.e. HR, Sociology, Psychology etc)
Min. 5 years of working experience as a professional is required and some managerial experience will be a strong asset
Experience in recruiting and/or talent management is needed
Specific HR knowledge and experience is required
Experience of working with or within a service center
Business experience (non-HR) is an asset
A proven track record of working within HR, being capable of managing operational HR matters to support the business needs and being capable of dealing with dynamics in an evolving and fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of compensation and talent development policies and practices
Good knowledge of policies and practices related to international mobility
Polish and English language skills
