Your responsibilities

  • You will implement and monitor a variety of human resource programs and initiatives and in partnership with Business Management you will anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends,

  • You will provide line managers with guidance and support on HR processes (eg. Performance Management and Compensation cycle, promotion process, cross service lines and cross divisional transfers) to help them to conduct those processes efficiently and effectively.

  • You will investigate and resolves day-to-day employee relations matters,

  • You will work closely with the Group Human Resources and Communication Teams to deploy people strategy,

  • You will develop and maintain an effective level of business knowledge and understanding of the divisional objectives and culture,

  • You will share with the Business reports and presentations related to HR parameters, market trends and other initiatives as the needs arise.

Our requirements

  • You have several years of experience in HR generalist role in an international environment,

  • You possess a solid knowledge of the Polish Labour Law, as well as you are familiar with some of the other HR domains such as talent development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations.

  • You are able to build effective relationship with stakeholders at all levels in the organization both locally and at Group level,

  • You are a team player with a positive and collaborative mindset,

  • You are customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and you have the ability to negotiate and influence effectively at all levels in the organization,

  • You have excellent organizational skills, and you are able to cope with many projects and tasks at the same time and react swiftly to changing business priorities,

  • You can prioritize effectively, and you are able to manage uncertainty and ambiguity,

  • You constantly strive to improve the way you work and excel at everything you do,

  • You are proficient in English.
