Your responsibilities

  • Acts as a trusted HR Partner to process managers and team leaders at HAVI Control Tower in Krakow

  • Collaborates with global HR Centers Of Excellence teams to ensure people processes, policies and projects are deployed effectively

  • Contributes to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes

  • Supports line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline in line with the functional or business strategy

  • Represents HR function in projects to implement new services at Control Tower

  • Oversees the strategy and supports delivery of employer branding and engagement initiatives across the organization

Our requirements

  • HAVI Control Tower is looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Business Partner for a replacement contract of 18 months (employment/B2B contract will be considered).

  • Minimum 5 years of overall work experience in HR area with focus on employee life cycle processes, and talent and performance projects

  • Significant experiences of developing and deploying people interventions and improvements

  • Change management experience

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from across the business

  • Proven ability to multitask differing priorities

  • Business maturity and ability to handle tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Fluent English
