The HR Business Partner manages business related matters projects to contribute to the success of GDC, shares the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery. Translate business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives. The HR Business Partner actively supports discussions and transfers best practices from different functions in the organization.
Lead HR projects and initiatives for GDC Poland and cross - functionally
Partner with HR Manger and Heads of Lines in the implementation of the strategic HR projects and initiatives in GDC Poland to positively add value to both our business and employees.
Identify local projects and HR initiatives in line with Business Line needs, working with the HR Manager, to gain additional support and leverage
Partner with key stakeholders within Business Line to ensure that all HR projects and initiatives are appropriately communicated and implemented.
Contributes to business analysis to support growth, recognizing business trends, their impact on the business, and able to forecast potential obstacles to success
Provide instant and immediate feedback on all HR processes, procedures and initiatives
Initiate and drive E&E, Talent Review, Performace Review Process and other global projects and intiative
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
Leads the HR related internal and external communication
Keep HR processes in a full compliance with the legal and regulatory (internal, external) framework
Partnership and cooperate with all HR functions locally and globally
Min of 5 Higher Education
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
English language skill both: written and spoken at C1 level.
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Positive drive and enthusiasm with a willingness and desire to grow and develop
MS Office experience
Communication and problem solving skills.
Strong orientation on high quality service delivery for internal clients
