Your responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a team of HRBPs (responsible for 3 business areas: Head Office, Distribution Center, Stores) to support the business;

  • Implement the personnel strategy and the procedures and processes;

  • Introduce tools and solutions that facilitate the management of various HR areas and processes;

  • Advise managers in people management, interpreting internal and external regulations related to people management;

  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues from different departments (Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payrol teams) to implement solutions and help scale the business;

  • Recommend solutions aimed at: preventing and resolving labor conflicts and organizing activities for employees in order to ensure working conditions in accordance with the company's values;

  • Monitor key HR indicators, recommend and take actions - together with the HRBP Team and managers - to increase efficiency;

  • Support the implementation of the main HR processes (onboarding, performance management, talent management etc.);

  • Support employee involvement in the change process;

  • Act as a main point of HR contact in relations to the business.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience on similar role (HRBP manager, HR manager);

  • Practical knowledge of Polish labour law, recruitment and development as well as human resources and payroll;

  • Practical knowledge and understanding HR processes and the ability to put them into practice;

  • University diploma in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Sociology or other relevant field;

  • Fluent in English and Polish;

  • Highly results oriented and action implementation: setting stretched work standards and timely attain measurable outcomes;

  • Strong collaboration skills: proactively approaches immediate and extended team for solving problems or building new solutions;

  • Ability to build relationships with people in various areas of the organization;

  • Experience in independent management of HR projects.
