We are currently looking for talented individuals to grow with our team as:

HR Business Partner
Workplace: Łódź
Department: Support

Responsibilities:

  • Building HR strategy for Capita’s department in Łódź, developing HR policies and programs in collaboration with the HR Team
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in terms of legal law, change management, team-building, conflicts and personal problems resolving, training, professional development
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees, including legality of a foreigner's stay in Poland, supporting with work permission process, cooperating with the Office for Foreigners and Employment Office
  • Monitoring and controlling the deadlines and employees’ current issues regarding work permits, supporting ongoing stay legalisation processes
  • Analysing and reporting on key HR parameters, supporting, recommending and leading activities that will help mitigate any risks
  • Managing the payment process (payroll list calculated by an outsourced company): preparation (on a monthly basis) of all the necessary documentation for pay list calculation and transfer to the outsourced company, data checking
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Providing proactive insights into HR market solutions and trends
  • Cooperating with and representing the Company in the Tax Office, ZUS, courts, in front of the national labour inspection, and other authorities
  • Cooperation with contractors and suppliers
  • Control over the H&S matters and cooperation with an external provider 

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years’ experience in HR Administration
  • Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to Human Resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, and federal and state employment laws including the work permit application process (mandatory)
  • Demonstrable experience with HR reporting
  • Advanced spoken and written English skills (min. B2+ level)
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Good analytical skills and orientation to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
  • Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues
