Department Overview

The Krakow Human Resources team is a part of the Global HR organization, providing support for Poland.
The HR organization manages projects related to career development, analyzing and addressing training needs, recruitment and talent deployment, rewards and recognition, employee relations, employee engagement, retention as well as other HR related requests in line with the global policies and procedures.

Job Description

  • Member of a client-facing HR team partnering a number of organizations
  • Management of HR projects and processes (performance management, training, and career development programs, talent reviews, talent deployment, rewards & recognition, market analysis, employee and client engagement, employee relations, and others)
  • Working in accordance with the current business strategy and recommending relevant actions that will support business goals from the people management perspective
  • Building strong working relationships with the management and the employees
  • Creating people data sets and aligning these to wider organizational data sets
  • Carrying out data analysis, from basic to multivariate 
  • Using and applying quantitative and qualitative research design to solve problems
  • Point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests
  • Making sure that the data is reported in a transparent, accessible, and useful way
  • Flexible approach to other tasks and projects in alignment with the current business requirements

Basic Requirements

  • ​Higher education degree
  • 3+ years of work experience in the position of HR Business Partner, preferably in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to manage several HR projects simultaneously
  • Superb analytical skills; hands-on experience in manipulating and deriving insight from datasets
  • Expert Excel skills
  • Highly self-motivated and flexible with a "can-do" solution-focused approach
  • Accountability and ability to work independently
  • Good understanding of business needs, wide approach to problem-solving
  • Constantly looking to improve and innovate
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good networking abilities 
  • Very good English skills

The following will be a plus:

  • Degree in business analytics/statistics
  • Proficiency in Tableau
