implementing and executing the HR agenda and plans for the P&C Team;
managing HR solutions (policy, procedures, products);
providing pro-active advice and solutions to business leaders;
supporting managers on talent and performance management;
supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition within area of responsibility;
implementing the learning and development agenda across businesses;
supporting managers in building capabilities and driving organizational effectiveness;
facilitating workshops and internal trainings;
sharing best practices with HR processes across the organization.
has 5-7years of professional experience from large regional or global companies gained from previous HRBP roles;
is currently working on similar role in a large company (preferable international companies). Experience from Shared Service will be a plus but not mandatory
communicates fluently in English;
has broad knowledge of the HR function in a company;
presents solid and practical knowledge of the Polish labour law;
is business and results orientated;
has real passion for People and strong interpersonal skills;
is proficient in change management and business transformation;
has hands-on experience of the practical part of key HR processes, such as talent management, performance management, recruitment, employment contract negotiations and management facilitation;
shows a personal drive and is capable of keeping a long-term perspective as well as getting the task at hands done;
is comfortable with following the processes set out;
presents excellent stakeholder management skills and has strong ability of establishing professional networks;
is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which as win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for herself/ himself;
is analytically strong, really cares about the success of the business and their people and is ready to go “the extra mile” to deliver and track the results;
quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and drives the company’s agenda.

The team is currently made of 10 people, who are dedicated to provide services for Carlsberg Shared Services, like payroll, performance management, internal trainings, recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, communication and many others.
