Your responsibilities

  • Lead People Development strategy and activities to support the business ensuring the right level of competencies

  • Responsible for people development pillar leader role according to WCM methodology

  • Supporting people leaders with People related processes

  • Proactively interpret and leverage data and insights to diagnose and solve people's challenges and implications with the support of People Development specialists

  • Analyzing the HR KPIs and planning and executing actions

  • Promote, implement, and communicate activities, policies regulations, and company standards

  • Provide support in assessing the organizational set-up of your own plant in order to achieve better effectiveness and efficiency

  • Ensure the right cost sizing with respect to the budget and to the changing needs within the year, as well as on a longer-term horizon, according to the organization's set-up

  • Effectively communicate to employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life, HR processes, main organizational changes, etc., regarding own organization

  • Lead Employer Branding activities

Our requirements

  • Practical basic knowledge of Polish Labor Law

  • 1+ years of professional experience in an HRBP/HR Specialist role, preferably in a production environment in corporate structures

  • Good command of English and Polish

  • Proactive attitude and openness to change

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Responsibility, flexibility, and self-reliance

Optional

  • University degree preferred in psychology, HRM, administration, or job advisory

  • Background with WCM or LEAN methodology would be an asset

  • MS Office user (especially MS Excel) and SAP would be an asset

The Business HR team implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.

This role in summary

Your role would be highly appreciated as a competent HR expert to partner with factory managers of all levels. Together with a global HR team you would develop, create, and implement HR strategies, programs, and tools aligned with WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodology.
