HR Business Partner - replacement contract (Emissions, Thermal & Turbo Systems))

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality day-to-day HR support to the organization,
  • Act as a point of contact for the Employees and Managers,
  • Play a significant role in the delivery of HR services and processes in close cooperation with the business owners,
  • Be a strategic partner and co-decision maker within the following HR areas:
    • Talent Acquisition & Talent Management (incl. Recruitment & Staffing, Employee Retention, On-boarding, Succession Planning etc.)
    • Total Rewards (incl. Compensation & Benefits)
    • Employee Relations,
    • Performance Management,
    • Training & Development,
    • HR Compliance,
    • Organizational Structure Design.
  • Execute and continuously improve the HR activities to secure achievements of the business goals,
  • Implement complex HR Projects cross-functionally including cooperation with Campus HR Shared Service Team,
  • Build a strong business relationship with the internal clients,
  • Follow up and report HR KPI´s and other metrics as a solid background for HR decisions,
  • Look for the opportunities to bring the best and innovative HR solutions for employees and to the organization in overall,
  • Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management

Key Required Skills:

  • +5 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources preferably in a production (automotive) company & international environment,
  • University degree with HR, BA or related field,
  • Knowledge of Polish employment laws & practices as well as local social security system,
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, Unit4 TETA, SuccessFactors) will be an advantage,
  • Enthusiasm to develop business acumen skills,
  • The ability to handle a large volume of varied tasks/data and to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • The ability to be flexible, self-directed, motivated, and able to interact with employees & managers at all levels,
  • The proven ability to research and analyze information, make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues,
  • Fluency in Polish & English is mandatory.

The Production Area Manager leads the production activities for designated production lines to meet customer delivery and quality expectations. Defines goals, procedures and assignments to appropriate employees. Meets production schedules and makes production decisions that assure customer satisfaction and quality. Responsible for promoting safety, environmental and continuous improvements throughout the production process as well as manages planning, engineering, logistics, quality. Ensures a flow of communication between production, production control, engineers, maintenance and management. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
