Your responsibilities

  • Coordinating full recruitment process in Share Service Center: editing of announcements, conducting meetings, managing the database of candidates, preparing reports on candidate profiles

  • Preparation and further full support during on-boarding process for each new Employee

  • Performing full support of all HR Administration within SSC. Maintaining personnel database in SAP

  • Participating in HR SSC Budget process. Coordinating HR SSC budget control during the year

  • Preparing, managing and coordinating internal HR reports on a regular basis and by request

  • Defining training needs of employees. Building and managing training plans

  • Organising and following up Annual Appraisal Campaign for the Employees. Building development plans for the Employees. Providing follow-up and updates of these plans during the year

  • Participating in Payroll process, salary increase campaigns. Structuring and updating compensation and benefit packages.

  • Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices

  • Managing staff wellness initiatives

  • Engaging with heads of department

  • Building and maintaining a partner relationship with the Employees of SSC department

  • Organising feedback session on a regular basis and/or by request

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in similar role.

  • 7+ years work experience.

  • Fluent English is a must.

  • Knowledge of the regional labor law.

  • Proven record of cooperation with people on all levels in the company structure.

  • Expertise in the HR tools and methodologies supporting cooperation with all stakeholders.

  • Being up to date with global HR trends and best practice.

  • Interdisciplinary knowledge, understanding the business and environment of the company.

  • Focus on business (understanding the company's financial goals and developing solutions related to human resources that the company benefits from).

  • Orientation on people increasing their productivity and business profitability.

  • Organizational skills, time management and discipline, ability to prioritize actions focused on people and business.

  • Goal oriented and solution-based approach to HR matters.

  • Objectivity and impartiality focusing on fact-based analysis.

  • Interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Active listening, asking the right questions.

  • Trustworthy (maintaining a deep sense of ethics when it comes to confidential information and monitoring company policy implementation).
