    LOGSTOR is a leading supplier of pre‐insulated pipe systems for energy‐efficient transportation of liquids and gases for district heating and cooling, marine and industrial purposes as well as oil and gas pipelines. Our systems consist of flexible and rigid pipes, joints, fittings and surveillance. Inventing the pre-insulated pipe technology more than 50 years ago, we have delivered more than 185,000 km of pre‐insulated pipes.

    We are headquartered in Løgstør, Denmark. Our nine production facilities are situated in Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Romania and China, with supplementary mobile production units currently set up in Canada and Indonesia. LOGSTOR employs approximately 1,200 people.

    Your role and responsibilities

    The HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition has responsibility for strategy, processes and tools for the best possible recruitment effort and support in the group. Tasks will be achieved by:

    • Recruitment request / approval process management (development and running the process, implementing best practice, weekly reporting to EMT).
    • Recruitment process management (continues development, recruitment system, external partners, tools).
    • Exit interview process (running the process, analysis of data).
    • Blue-collars recruitment (project management, cooperation with external partners, recruitment)
    • White-collars recruitment for the group (project management, advice to hiring managers about job profile, organization, recruitment strategy, labor law etc.)
    • HR projects Group and local.
    • Employer branding.
    • Reporting.

    Your qualifications

    • Education: BSc or MSc preferable within HR area
    • Experience: minimum 3 years’ experience from a similar position in an international and complex company, min. 5 years general experience in HR
    • Foreign languages: fluent in English
    • IT: MS-Office and preferable experience with web based recruitment systems.

    Your personal competences

    • Ambitious and responsible.
    • Self-starter and independent.
    • Good overview, able to handle many assignments at the same time but still able to keep a certain structure.
    • Good communication skills at all levels.
