Your responsibilities

  • co-creating of the HR strategy and standards of the personnel and remuneration policy in the company and its implementation,

  • supporting of the top management in solving personnel problems

  • developing of management standards on the way to being the preferred employer.

  • Implementing personnel development strategies and tools in accordance with Hendrickson group guidelines

  • cooperating with the Hendrickson headquarters and with the management of Hendrickson Poland

  • supporting managers and employees in the development of their own and team competences;

  • participating in shaping career paths and succession plans;

  • agreeing on the scope of responsibilities and requirements for all positions;

  • participation in shaping and implementing the remuneration policy, incentive systems and benefits;

  • conducting recruitment processes and taking care for onboarding of employees at all organizational levels, cooperation with external partners;

  • analyzing training needs; preparing and implementing the training plan and budget,

  • organizing internal and external trainings and assessing their effectiveness;

  • planning actions to strengthen the positive brand of the company as an employer and their implementation;

  • reporting to the board and headquarters;

  • managing the HRM process in accordance with the requirements of the IATF 16949 standard

  • continuing to establish a positive employer brand for future candidates and employees.

Our requirements

  • University degree

  • Very good command of English

  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in HR area

  • Significant involvement in recruiting and selecting a quality hourly and salaried workforce

  • Experience in developing and implementing various HR programs.

  • Strategic and hands-on approach

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive nature

  • Highly organized


  • Experience in production company and automotive sector will be an asset
