HR Business Partner

As HR Business Partner with RB, you’ll be working closely with business leaders and colleagues in implementing and supporting business strategy. In particular, driving the organization’s people and culture agenda to develop, drive and support an evolving people and change plan for the relevant client group.
 
Partnering with a dedicated business function, you’ll enable managers to get the very best out of their team.

You’ll:

  • build excellent relationships with stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the business, using knowledge of HR best practice and willingness to challenge the status quo to create positive change
  • drive people agenda, this includes planning around performance management, talent, recognition, culture, leadership and diversity
  • champion of employee engagement, partnering with the leadership team to assess and develop effective plans to drive employee engagement 
  • change management - facilitate change and size opportunities to introduce improvements to current practices and procedures, including defining and implementing corporate and business values
  • partner closely with expertise leads: talent development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits to deliver the most effective solutions to the business
  • act as a role model of the RB culture and core values and to ensure that all HR practices are consistent with and reinforce the RB culture.
  • properly and consistently implement global HR policies, practices and tools, ensuring managers are properly informed and trained
  • partner L&D lead on training needs analysis and training plans in line with training curriculum and within the budget
  • drive data consistency for budget and forecast on personnel costs and personnel-related budget expenses, in collaboration with Finance Controlling: manage people cost and headcount tracking, manage data collection to an external provider to ensure the payroll is executed on accurately and on time
  • act as a PowerUser of Success Factors including leading system optimization projects and daily cooperation with master data shared service

You’ll succeed because you have:

  • at least 3-5 years of professional HR experience in an international dynamic environment, preferably in FCMG 
  • university degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or any other related areas
  • strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies, as well as a strong understanding of local HR legislation
  • very good analytical skills 
  • demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to rapidly build and maintain trust
  • strong knowledge of the HR systems, Excel, PowerPoint
  • enthusiasm, openness, communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to react quickly in an ambiguous environment 
  • ability to lead the change
  • fluent English
  • working across a few markets or international experience will be an advantage
  • knowledge of Success Factors will be an advantage
