Your responsibilities
- General HR support: Works closely with management in the implementation of Global and Local HR programs. Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations matters with a systematic approach.
- Talent Acquisition: the full end-to-end recruitment.
- On-boarding: Supporting on-boarding process for new hires.
- Learning & Development: Exploring employees and business trainings needs, organizing and measuring efficiency of learning solutions.
- Employee Engagement Initiatives: Create and implement initiatives to build employee engagement and commitment, support internal communication that support EVO’s corporate culture of Get.Grow.Keep.
- Global Projects: Contribute to the successful development and implementation of global HR projects.
Our requirements
- 4+ years in HR generalist role
- Ideally have experience in a B2B business with focus on sales, IT and customer service.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally
- Ability to think creatively and generate solutions
- Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment - ability to balance and prioritise multiple projects
- Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm and commitment
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Excellent english is essential
