Responsible for creating HR guidance in most of the following areas: competency development, succession planning, talent management, talent acquisition, labor relations, employment law compliance, employee relations, employee engagement and career paths
Coach and consult with management on issues affecting performance, development and organization effectiveness, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps
Supports employee life cycle management processes such as onboarding management, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers
Develop and deliver the program communications strategy and plans
Management through values and creating an organizational culture
Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable regulations, laws and employment standards.
4 + years of relevant professional experience as HRBP or similar role in the dynamic working environment (e.g. IT, start up, production, e-commerce etc)
Experience in creating HR processes, knowledge of tools and working methods according to work focus: competence development, training, EVP, job leveling etc.
Proactive personality with a can-do attitude
Quick learner who is easily able to adapt to changing demands
Very good Polish and English language skills in writing and speaking
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain trust-based interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
Education background within Human Resources or equivalent
Acquainted with Polish Labor law
