Your responsibilities

  • Partner directly with managers and leaders to build and roll out organizational structures, provide counsel on performance management, advise on complex talent issues, provide compensation and recognition recommendations, and overall, operate as the key thought partner on all things talent.

  • Be accountable for the team member experience from hire to retire including onboarding, ongoing career development and coaching.

  • Own the successful resolution of employee relations issues by providing counsel and direction

  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to people leaders

  • Support talent management and compensation cyclical and ad hoc performance management and operating as an advisor to team members on their development and career goals at Factor.

  • Act as a point of contact for HR issues & use judgment regarding escalating issues and asking for assistance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Recruitment, etc.) and oversee project work connected to the client to ensure cohesive delivery of HR programs and services to the client.

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as an HR Manager or Senior HRBP role preferably in an international organization

  • Fully professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written

  • Working knowledge (inc 3+ years of experience in multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and diversity & Inclusion.

  • Experience in applying Polish labor law

  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to build credibility with all levels within the organization

  • Able to use and interpret data and apply a data-driven approach to decision making; proficiency with Microsoft Excel required

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, which includes multi-tasking and the ability to quickly turn-around and deliver outcomes

  • Meticulous organizational and planning skills, and a comfort with change to ensure we deliver results on time and as expected

  • Proven influencing and negotiating skills in situations with both internal and external groups

  • A great listener with exceptional EQ

  • University degree required preferably in Business or Human Resources


  • Experience with implementing leadership training, learning & development concepts and talent management

  • A keen interest in being involved in multiple projects in a multicultural and fast-paced environment

  • Experience using HR / Talent Management Systems (e.g. ADP)

The Role:

As a newly-spun company that is now charting our own course, we are thrilled to embark on an exciting journey, and we’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join us in our Wroclaw office to bring out the best in our talent and help the business deliver results and growth in a values-driven way.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover expected to run approximately 14 months.

As a part of our global People team, you’ll work alongside the business to develop policy implementation, support best practices, coach managers and team members alike, and you’ll be a key player in people development across the company. While on the ground at our busy Center of Excellence, you’ll have the opportunity to solve complex problems and impact our people strategy all while creating meaningful and lasting relationships.
